This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

Our Return and Refund policy for Cruises. 

• Deposit paid on Booking of 50% of Base Cruise cost of £399, being £199.50 by way of Bank Transfer or Paypal (ANY FEES must be borne by sender )
• Balance of 50% to be paid 14 days before Date of Cruise. 
• If purchaser requests a cancellation then your deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled with the 14 days of final payment we will refund only that part being the 50% paid on the 14 days before booking. Deposit is Non-refundable. 
• If the owners of Rhapsody in Blue or any other vessel that cannot be used as a substitute for the Cruise or the cruise booked, cancels for any reasons out of Owners control such as inclement weather, Sickness, but not limited to these, you will receive a full refund paid by Bank transfer of Paypal to the same account we received funds from.
